This kit contains an alloy gear that eliminates the need for the rubber bushings that are prone to wear. By rebuilding your headlight motor with this kit, you will no longer have any soft plastic or rubber components inside to wear out. Kit includes:
1 alloy gear, 8 rivets, 2 e-clips and detailed instructions. Will rebuild one headlight motor.
The factory rubber bushing and plastic gear are a fail safe in case power does not shut off when the lights are off. Make sure the rest of the headlight motor system is in working order when using this kit.
